Job Title: Client Experience Associate

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (may require overtime for events)

Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour

Location: Chula Vista, CA

Position Overview

We are looking for a Client Experience Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, coordinating reservations, and supporting event logistics. This position is ideal for someone with a hospitality background who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Services:
    • Manage client check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and attention to detail.
    • Coordinate bookings for spaces, meals, and other client experience needs.
  • Event & Venue Coordination:
    • Assist with campus operations, including verifying room setups and ensuring event spaces are prepared.
    • Support coordinators during events to guarantee seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate client records in venue management software.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve scheduling or service issues promptly.

Requirements

    • 1-2 years in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service roles involving client interaction and event coordination.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with scheduling or venue management software (preferred).
    • Valid driver's license (no driving required during assignment).
    • Ability to work onsite and occasionally extend hours for special events.
